Today kicked off a monthlong list of events for March is Reading Month. Our theme this year is the Winter Olympics at Brookside Elementary. Each class will represent a country and compete in various events throughout March, including Skeleton, Bobsled, Curling, and Biathlon, with opportunities for every student to earn medals and points for their team. Our events will take place on Mondays and Wednesdays, and you can watch the competitions via our school YouTube page.

This morning all of our classes lined the hallways for our Parade of Nations and our opening ceremonies. This is sure to be a fantastic month of reading, culture, and fun!
