🩸 Thank You, Blood Drive Heroes! 🩸
The National Honor Society would like to extend a huge THANK YOU to all the students, staff, and community members who donated blood on January 21st.
Because of your generosity, we collected 36 units of blood, which will make a positive impact on 108 people in our region 💙
Even more amazing—this school year alone, our school has collected a total of 113 units of blood!
Your willingness to give truly saves lives, and we are so grateful for your support. Thank you for making a difference in our community! ❤️

Good Luck to Kam Sumlin and Amund Williams as they head off to the Michigan Music Conference tomorrow.
Amund is participating in the All-State Jazz Choir. This is one of the state's most exclusive ensembles - he competed for only 4 spots in the entire state of Michigan! His performance will be in the J.W. Marriott Ballroom in GR at 1:00 PM on Saturday.
Kam is participating in State Honors Choir as one of 12 first soprano singers in our region to get accepted! She will be rehearsing all weekend as well as auditioning for All-State Honors Choir, an even more select group. She will be performing with her SSAA choir at Devos Hall in GR at 3:00 PM on Saturday.

🏒 Cardinal Spirit on Full Display! 🏒
Today, Friday, January 16, our 8th–12th grade students had the opportunity to attend the Big Rapids High School hockey game against Grand Rapids Catholic Central — and it was incredible to see our students show up and support our programs.
While the Cardinals didn’t come away with the win on the scoreboard, the Cardinal Spirit in the stands was victorious. Seeing students cheer on their peers and represent BR with pride is what school community is all about.
A huge thank you to the staff who made this experience possible — from scheduling and transportation to event coordination and entertainment. Your behind-the-scenes work created a memorable day for our students.
Cardinal Pride always wins!
