Subject: Traffic & Sidewalk Advisory: Michigan St. & Pine St. Construction
Dear Community Members,
The City has begun construction at the intersection of Michigan Street and Pine Street, near the Elks Lodge. Please note the following changes:
Michigan Street will remain open, but traffic will be narrowed through the construction zone.
The east-side sidewalk on Michigan Street (by the Elks Lodge) will be closed during the project.
The west-side sidewalk (by the roller rink) will remain open for pedestrians.
As this intersection experiences heavy traffic after school, we encourage families, students, and drivers to plan accordingly and use extra caution in the area.
Thank you for your patience and cooperation as these improvements are made.
