Big Rapids Public Schools is proud to announce that Marshall MacGregor has won the 7th grade technology class competition! The challenge tasked students with creating a unique logo representing BR, and Marshall's design (pictured below) stood out among the entries.
His teacher, Ms. Lukas, praised his work, saying, "Congrats, Marshall! Winning the 7th grade BR logo competition is an awesome achievement—your creativity really shines!" Marshall's design showcases both his skill and his pride for our school, and it embodies the spirit of Big Rapids.

Good Morning RV Families,
Today is the day! So proud of you all for raising $52,119.93. This is the second-highest amount to date for Riverview. RV gets appx 98% of the money raised with the other 2% going to maintenance and service fees. The best part is that it all goes back into our awesome kids and their environment. Four Green Fields was the first incentive for some of our students. They had a blast. Thank You, PTO for organizing the experience.
Please send your child in with a pizza topping in a container they can open. Put their name on the container as well. All containers will go directly to the classroom. The kids are really charged up about this event and reminded me many times a day that they are putting something on me tomorrow. We absolutely love seeing the laughter and smiles as they tease me about it!
Check Facebook for event pictures and maybe a quick "Live" during the event.
Remember we still have one day of Parent-Teacher Conference Night from 4:00-7:00 on Thursday. It was great seeing many parents/family members Tuesday night. A student's success is driven by engaged and participating parents. You ALL truly Rock!!
Enjoy the day,
Renee

Reminder: No School Friday, October 18th and Monday, October 21st!
